Wow, long video. I had to watch it in parts. Many of the dishes looked good. I just wish I saw more chicken and fish dishes. I don't eat beef often.

In the first restaurant, the chestnut soup, that's not cilantro, thats parsley, flat leaf parsley, you can tell by the pine shape of the leaf

I was taught Novell Cuisine in the 1980’s & have a love of lots of different cuisines. You guys should make visits to the following Persian (Iranian ) restaurants: Namak (9th arrondissement), Shabestan (off of Champs-Élysées) and several more restaurants including Mazeh (15th arrondissement)!
