  1. This is 100% what they do at Anthos bakery in Pittsburgh for their Croque Madame. They make their own fig jam and it DEFINES the meal.

  2. I make the quick and dirty version every morning… Toast some toast, raspberry jam, and a kraft single on top. 😙🤌

  3. Otherwise, you could actually go for a french grilled cheese with a "Croque Monsieur"… or maybe replace the brie with marouale and the comté with some salers, histoire que ca déménage un peu 😀 (then, you'd justify the jam :P)
