Rosemullion Dry Gin

30ml Rosemullion Dry Gin
15ml Fresh Lemon Juice
15ml Sugar syrup
Champagne (Or Prosecco)
Lemon peel
METHOD:
Chill a champagne flute or coupe glass.
Add Gin, Lemon Juice & Sugar syrup to a cocktail shaker.
Add ice and shake.
Strain to glass.
Top with Champagne (or prosecco), make sure it doesn’t fizz over. Stop pouring for a moment if it gets close to the rim and let the bubbles calm down.
Cut a nice piece of lemon peel and express oils over the drink and rub the rim with it.
Cut into a thinner piece and make a nice twirl, garnish on the edge of the glass or even in the drink!
