  1. Hi. Speaking of French onion soup….
Do you have a good recipe for it.
I'd like to see your take. Also always good to have a good French onion soup recipe. Thank you in advance

  2. You’re officially my favorite cooking “influencer.” Direct, professional, super insightful, and approachable.

    Keep up the great work!

  3. I love watching your videos. I waorked as a chef and culinary instructor for decades in the Bay Area. You are so good at this, and your recipes look delicious. Keep it up, you deserve a big following!

  4. I like you didn’t add any shortcuts to your caramelized unions. No sugar, no vinegar. I personally use 1tbsp of butter and only add water once the onions have used up all their water. It takes about 2-3 hours for me to make them so it’s a rare treat.

  5. I send my wife your recipes all the time. But that b** ignores all of them!!! 😎🤨😉 One day I'll convince her to see these are dishes we should try together

  6. I really want to try this but ngl I can't trust someone who doesn't get emotional while cutting onions 😂
