Ingredients

For the sauce:
-Bell peppers
-Onion
-Garlic
-Tomatoes (peeled)
-Salt
-Thyme
-Rosemary
-Extra virgin olive oil

For the layering:
-Eggplant
-Roma tomatoes
-Zucchini
-Yellow Squash
-Salt (after slicing the vegetables, cure them with salt to remove excess water)
-Black pepper
-Thyme
-Extra virgin olive oil

    Too serious for a meal originated by the common man. It’s not from any cooking school, but the fields of poor farmers. So don’t glam it up as though it was from any culinary school.
