📌 Ingredients:
1 cup (125g / 4.4oz) plain/all-purpose flour
2 eggs
1¼ cups (300ml / 10.1oz) milk
📌 Method:
1️⃣ In a bowl, whisk together the flour, eggs, and half the milk until smooth.
2️⃣ Gradually add the remaining milk, whisking until you have a thin, lump-free batter.
3️⃣ Cover and chill for 30 minutes to let the batter rest.
4️⃣ Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease with butter or oil.
5️⃣ Pour a small ladle of batter into the pan, swirling to coat the bottom evenly.
6️⃣ Cook for 1-2 minutes, then flip and cook for another 30-60 seconds until golden.
7️⃣ Repeat with the remaining batter—this recipe makes 6 crêpes.
