Ingredients:
You will need a crockpot
1.) 5 pounds of beef
2.) 1 can beef broth (10.5oz)
3.) 1 can beef consommé (10.5oz)
4.) 1 can French onion soup (10.5oz)
5.) take 1 of the cans and fill with water 1 time
6.) sandwich rolls
7.) sliced provolone cheese
8.) Pico de Galo (you can find recipe in my other video or my Pinterest account at flavor haven recipes with Jens dish)
STEPS
1st wash the beef off and put in crockpot
2nd pour all 3 cans of liquid and the 1 can of water over the meat and cook .
-cook time may be different but my time is 6 1/2 hours to 7 on high.
-meat should fall apart.
-Once done put meat on a roll with provolone cheese and Pico de Galo. Don’t forget a cup of the liquid to dip it in!
You can serve with any sides: pastas, veggie’s, potato salad and more.
