I borrowed @Oliviatieds maple jam trick but added a little BOOZE. No recipe required here, just melt ice cream in place of cream or milk and use plenty of cinnamon sugar. And in case you’re wondering, I only had enough whipping cream to make whipped cream or I would have just used that. Don’t skip the homemade whip it’s critical.
