Today, I’m taking you to the flagship restaurant of the most Michelin-starred chef in all of Italy.
The restaurant we’re visiting is located right here in Milan.
And this is the only 3 Michelin Star restaurant in the city.

My name is Alexander. I’m the co-owner of a ONE Michelin star restaurant, and I’m on a mission – to find inspiration in gastronomy. I love fine dining, good wine and sharing what I know with other people.

Oh enough with the Krug! Are you paid by Krug? Are there not any other champagnes? sorry enough for me!
Just a note on the subtitles. It should be "palate" and not "palette" when discussing food and beverages.
The chef Enrico Controlled a lot more star restaurant in Itly.

I know when I start watching that I’ll end up raiding my refrigerator and be extremely disappointed in my peanut butter and jelly sandwich during the last half of the video but here I am just the same.
drinking game: drink a glass of krug every time Alexander says "love it"
what makes your channel different is you're not using your channel to try fine dining restaurants and review them for us, but rather you're showing us a peak into your life of regularly visiting such places
I still can't comprehend much whatever he said. The gagball accent is too much.
I love the color of the walls in this restaurant.
What champagne glasses did they use?
Brut 172 Hans van Wolde!!!!! Go there, he has only 2 Stars but deserves 3! Best restaurant in the Netherlands 2024!
So nice to see the young generation getting some attention!
What a restaurant. Makes me want to visit just by describing the ingredients. This is something different
I might sound pretentious…. But if I paid 800+ euro for the wine paring and they gave me a small portion like I see….. I’d be chugging those bottles in the back alley….. do you REALLY get like small sips for that $$$…?

Beautiful video in my Bella Italia great as usual! Out of pure curiosity, I would like to know if Alexandra took the corona vaccination. Thank you! ☺️
Che schifezza
young chef: "I want to change the world with my little life"
Alexander: … nice :]
I always wonder, when dining in those Michelin stars restaurant with so many courses coming to you, how long does dining take for 2 persons? Of course I'm assuming it depends on the hours, lunch, or dinner.. but I'd love to have an estimate
The small glimpses of your experience with the dishes and the wine sealed the deal on this video for me! It's a subtle change but adds so much more authenticity to the video! One of your best works yet Alexander!
I like seeing and hearing his reactions at the restaurant during the meal so we get a better understanding of how he feels in the moment.
Is there anything more boring than Italian cuisine?
Please visit Alinea in Chicago. You'll absolutely love it!!!

This style of video was extra special, Alexander! More of these, please 🙂
Gorgeous food and some beautiful wine!!! Great video as always!!!
Well done for the test of wine Alexander !
honestly you have to go in the best region for food in the world: Campania, Italy. I would suggest Naples as it’s full of spectacular destinations (Mimi alla ferrovia is a must) but also the Salerno province (in particular the Sorrento’s coast) offers several great michelin star restaurants
Just to share a little note: crusco in southern italian dialect means crunchy, so what he calls crusco pepper should crunchy pepper. It is a variety of red pepper that is sun dried and then fried for few seconds to make it crunchy
It’s so fun to see Eduardo , I worked with him in a Toronto pizza place years ago !
5:26 my exact reaction to theathre 😂
I've had some chef's table bites, but that food looks way to pretentious for me. And I saw the looks on Alexander's face on a couple dishes. LOL
Wow looks fantastic. I just ate at Singlethread in Healdsburg, 3 Michelin Stars. Have you ever tried there?
