Another one down in my quest to try every restaurant on the NYT Top 100, and this time it’s Le Coucou—aka fancy French dining with even fancier prices. The interior? Stunning. The food? Ehhhh. For the price, I expected to be blown away, but nothing really hit. Would I come back? Probably not. But if you’re looking for a bougie night out, it’s got the vibes.

Darling, my hope for you is that you find a duck dish that blows your mind. I love watching your videos, truly.Your standards for duck dishes is how I feel about men. I think you like it, its not your immediate go to for an experience in a fine dining however you do order it because you think its going to be better than the ones you had before.

Le Coucou is soo underwhelming and so expensive. I also thought the sweetbreads were the only thing worth getting. yawn. I have a gift card to their restaurant group and still haven't gone back lol
