Nacho Fries
Happy gameday! Need a twist on the classic nachos? Try em with some nice crispy french fries! We took some frozen french fries and threw them on the Traeger on high. Once they started to crisp they were pulled and topped with smoked shredded pork and shredded cheese, then they went back on. Once they were nice and melted they were pulled and topped with avacado, jalapeño, sour cream, salsa, Cacique Queso Fresco and cilantro before being served.
