Not a diet meal more just an apple meal. I have almost every day for lunch because I like routine.
– Whole or half Chopped green apple. If you halve the apple, add one other fruit to the salad.
– Some chopped grapes (optional) sometimes you only have one fruit in the house.
– 1/3 cup of Greek yogurt.
– As many Craisins as you want
– As much granola as you want . I add half at the beginning and a little bit at the end to make sure I get the right crunch.
– You could chop dates or nuts and add those too
– Sometimes honey is needed other times it’s not listen to your heart
Hey, I just wanted to say I really respect the choice to stop ordering from Amazon (as well as other delivery apps). Once you get used to it, it's easy. I have used the UK versions of grubhub and grocery delivery apps when I've been really ill, and I think that they can be incredible resources when they're sincerely needed (rather than a mere convenience), and I think it's important to tip as well as you can afford to, in cash, when using them.
This completely sucked me in- clicked on this assuming it would be a beloved background video essay but I was riveted the whole time.

Idk I thought the vast majority of what was discussed was pretty good. Like, the only things I really had an issue with kind of came with the times and its lack of ability to discern mental health problems and normal behaviour. I'm including advertising induced psychosis btw.
