You know, sometimes when chefs speak about their grand inspirations and ambitions, it comes across as aloof and pretentious. But even though this man holds two Michelin stars for an incredibly expensive restaurant in the heart of London, his intelligence and motivations seem to me like the most natural thing in the world. And that’s because you can feel in his every word the obvious and immense passion and also pleasure he holds for his craft! There’s actually something almost down-to-Earth about this great artist😂 Always a pleasure to hear him speak!
Sad it’s closing soon. Haven’t had the chance to make it over there. Huge fan and inspired by my love of cooking. Wishing the Roux family much love and success.
I've been saving for years so I can take my mother-in-law to this fabulous restaurant and now there closing. Thank God McDonalds are still going
