  1. That looks phenomenal. Only thing I’d suggest is using thighs instead of breast. The fat would give additional flavour and you can reduce the butter to help balance the fat/acidity of the dish.

  2. I just made this last night. My family loves this with homemade spaghetti/fettuccine. I also flatten the cutlets to help them cook more quickly, evenly, and absorb more sauce when served. I don't use cheese, as it can take away from the delicate tastes of the butter and lemon. I also add a touch of milk to the beaten eggs.

  3. i've never tried this food before. Is it supposed to taste sour? I'm not familiar with anything sour but this looks so yummy and I want to try it
