Thanks, a great recipe and very tasty. The only element which didn't work for me was the cylinder mix. I followed instructions but mine stuck to the greaseproof paper and didn't set. What is likely to have caused this?

Hi chef. Try my recipe for apple puree, it's quite similar to yours but I use Irish whiskey instead of rum and I add some kiwi as well 😊
