  1. In Denmark we make traditional pancake like crepes and i believe thats the norm for pancakes in Europe and imo way better than US ones with too much dough

  2. you can make them healthy too. use whole wheat flour. they also have a nuttier flavour which i find delicious.
    vegan recipe: whole wheat flout, soy milk (not much), apple sauce (egg substitute). i also use sparkling water. it makes them way softer
