  1. 8:02 what i noticed here that is super important is that he is not grabbing the food perfectly. what i would do in that situation is hurry up to try and fix it but he is taking his time while being confident which really sets a whole different tone for the table. great work!

  5. Overall it’s good but a bit invading and too much.. let the guests breathe unless ofc you know them personably … but I wouldn’t like to be invaded like that .. but you do it with a smile that I’ll let it slipped away 😀😀😀

  6. As a professional, you are not supposed to touch the guest seat. That too familiar . You are also mixing up the service standard. You serve from the right and clear from the left. But I see you started your beverage service from the left,you said it because it tight to service from there. And I noticed when you want to service the food you did the right service. Which is,you served the food from the right for both guest. So right now am confused..

  7. I like your lectures but the practical when it comes to the service standard of food and beverages. You are mixing it up. You serve from the left and something you serve from right… But the real service is ,you serve from the right snd clear from the left.

  9. Don t use your left hand for serving drinks
