That was fascinating! Thank you for the education. I would love to know from anyone in the field, not during an exam (always stressful) but is it stressful in any way for the individual Sommelier on a daily basis? It looks intense. I know there is joy there too, just wondering about pressure of being right all the time, or no pressure… 🙂
