Hello today I’m sharing an ordinary work day in Paris and my very quick, easy and simple but well-balanced meals (almost no cooking – 2 minutes recipes) on a budget as I’m trying to cut a bit on groceries during the month of january.
Delicious. I love harissa – I use it as part of a rub for grilled chicken. I may make a mango salsa this evening – it is mango season here and hot, but we could use your rain 🙏🏼.
I really enjoy your videos. I have been eating a similar way for two years and have lost 25kg (I needed too). I try to make sure my protein intake is high because I am in my 70s but I do not eat as much cheese as you because I am afraid to gain weight again. Once I reach my target weight (70kg) I will add more cheese to maintain my weight and muscle mass. I am eating many veg, pulses, beans, meat and fish. Thank you for all the ideas
Very nice to see you again and I hope you are having a wonderful New Year. Oeuf en cocote served with vegetables, endive, bread and cheese an excellent meal. You inspired me to make galette complete for supper. I cannot get French sarrasin flour but I make do with organic buckwheat flour locally. Thank you for your information videos. Joseph.
Excellent, nouveau, agréable, et très intéressant, comme toujours ! Merci beaucoup pour la recette de poireaux au gratin, extra délicieuse. Bonne soirée!🙂
Good to see you again, i was thinking about you the other day! I thought when will the french lady be back again😊. I will try the egg dish. Thank you.🌼🙋♂️
Very interesting videos. It's nice to have a combination of recipes and what you eat in a day. One question though : why do you eat cheese at all your meals ? and never rice or pasta or cakes sometimes?
Thank you for your videos, they are a great inspiration for eating healthy in a simple way. Is it very common in France to eat fruit for dessert? I've seen that a lot in your videos.
Love your video again. Canned food is no worse than milk in plastic bottles. I will never understand why a country very keen on natural food ever accepts without question milk in plastic bottles often with BPA and microplastics. And even worse UHT milk! Pourquoi???f
I haven't read a lot of the comments so my apologies if people have already said this, "chives" is pronounced with a long i, the same as "dives" or "drives".

I won't pass up harissa the next time I see it. I was getting bored by my usual canned tuna recipes. Thanks for the idea!

simple, but delicious ideas. Is the egg still a bit 'runny" after 10 min in the oven? I like to try that. Thank you for your videos.
Your videos are great. Quick and Easy recipes, yet fresh and quality ingredients. This is my motto
