  6. Awesome video!! My mouth is watering. We always do our prime rib on Christmas Day and I so look forward to the French Dip the next day. This year it was really special. My wife got me a meat slicer which I highly recommend. I used some hearty rectangular ciabatta rolls that I found in our grocery store with provolone and YES that creamy horseradish mayo top and bottom but what made it SUPER SPECIAL was the addition of some bacon onion jam on the bottom bun. It was hands down the best thing I ate last year and probably my new favorite sandwich of all time. Thank you for the beautiful reminder.

  7. Good stuff. I haven't caught on to the mayo toasted bread thing (tried it, I still think butter tastes better) but I'm with you on the horseradish.
