  2. The heart of thai marinades is garlic, cilantro roots and white pepper. For dipping sauces like seafood sauce, there’s garlic, shallots, cilantro, and bird eye chilli.

  3. Britain: Onion, Worcestershire Sauce, HP Sauce, and sheer malice. Also Branston Pickle.

  4. German one is the most unique. I'm curious about it because I love leeks and have never tried celery root.

  5. The base for paella is only tomato. Anything else is a completely different dish. I’m not gonna discuss this.
