  2. Hallo Ivan, yes the french adore this dish! Really! I do not make it becasue it is a bit heavy for the stomach of a lady but men adore this dish. Like you! And what i absolutely always apreciate is that you taste your own food. So many cooks pose with some perfect (turkey) dish but you do not know if they have really prepared it themselves. And they do not take a bite of it. Makes me wonder! That is why I am a member of your channnel, so that you can buy good products and show us what you really do with it and eat it too. I make cabbage very often now. Just cook it in bouillon. Make som meat with other veggies and have a light meal. Now in the winter I can really appreciate boiled potatoes. So warm and soft on the stomach! I had an aunty who was the chief of a monastery for nuns and she preferred potatoes for everybody, they also had dementia patients. Auntie Irmgard said that potatoes are fresh and rice and pasta are not. I did not get it at that time but I always thought about what she said. And I think that there is a lot of truth in what she said. When you are young, ah, do not bother and give the youth anything they wish. But when you grow older and you have to work a bit hard, you do not want heavy meals. Potatoes, fresh green veggies, a little bit of meat. I remember the days when I would have breakfast with pizzarests from the fridge. Cold! I loved it because it was like rubber! Naah. Now I like my warm oats, with honey.Bye, Ivan! Kisses for Lucas! OMG he is really going to be a huge cuddly monster!!!!!

  3. Honey, that dish you made, I would fly there to eat with you. I'm Brazilian, from the city of São Paulo, we eat very well here, but I confess that their dishes are sensational.

  4. I had this in Carcasonne. Absolutely delicious dish! It's a lot of work to make, but this recipe seems doable.
