Those egg yolks that have been passed through a strainer and are fine like that make a good seasoning just by themselves. This recipe looks beautiful!

Swap the Japanese mayo for cross and blackwell tangy mayo… You'll thank me😅
In eastern Europe, we boil our eggs then use a cheese grater to grate the egg and add grated cheese and garlic, pepper and mayo, done. On toasted dark rye bread. Yum.

This looks sooo good! Ive recently got into the (bad) habit of just making scrambled eggs really small and using that with mayo and stuff as its done in like 2 minutes instead of waiting for boiling eggs hehehe good if you are inpatient/really want a fast snack! 😅

Oh interesting, in finaldn we have this pastry thingy thats salty that we put "egg butter" on, which is just boiled eggs mashed with butter, salt and some spices, I feel this is very similar but instead of butter its mayo, I should try this

Doing the yolk that way makes it fluffy sorry can’t explain till you try it. Lots of work but worth it. Also more moist
