Beautiful place, Brantome but you can't go wrong in the Dordogne. Checking on the caves, chateaux and other places open to the public, most are still closed for the season but in the Dordogne you have plenty of pretty villages to walk around and wonderful scenery to keep you occupied for the moment. The local tourist offices will be able to advise on opening times. (If the tourist offices are still open!)
Do love Brantome even if we’ve done it to death. You needed Brico – walk right out the aire for 10 mins.

Thank you for showing us Brantome again, it's such a lovely place,we visited in May 2023 and went into the caves which were quite fascinating,we couldn't go into the other buildings/museum as we had our dog with us.
