Smoking in restaurants aint allowed since 2008, i think its just because there is no other customers in this video but still, it legally shouldnt be allowed. But i dont think his cigaret is lit up so he is not "smoking"; just holding a cigaret.

    No, in France we are not allowed to smoke in restaurants, except on the terrace.

    Since February 1st 2007, smoking has been prohibited in all enclosed and covered places open to the public or which constitute workplaces, in healthcare establishments, on all public transport and in educational establishments.
