Join me for a peaceful Saturday morning tradition as I visit the local French market to select fresh produce for a delicious family meal. Arriving early to soak in the calm atmosphere before the crowds, I browse through vibrant stalls brimming with fresh flowers, seafood, cheeses, and more.

In this video, you’ll follow along through the market holders’ stalls, choosing fresh flowers, buying scallops from the fishmonger, selecting cheeses and other fresh produce before going home to prepare lunch.
On the menu :
Scallop carpaccio and prawns
Serrano ham and a cheese platter with lettuce
A chicory and blue cheese gratin for the main dish
The classic French dessert, “oeufs en neige”

The table is simply set, and the meal is presented in elegant dishes, celebrating the beauty of seasonal and local produce.

May be I did not see it …I think you skipped a step for the dessert that I assume are “ oeuf à la neige” or “ Îles flottantes “ the white eggs need to be cooked in water almost poached you can’t no use raw whipped white eggs just like this first these are raw eggs and then whipped white eggs+ sugar do not have the best taste …steamed or poached they are like little sweet light clouds …voila!
