Disclaimer: this is my way of eating. I’m french but I don’t claim showing what all the french typically eat. I like eating and cooking very simple ingredients (no processed foods), cooking from scratch quick and easy meals.

  1. Thank you sooo much. I am learning French and whenever I look up what French people eat for dinner or lunch, I usually only find the classics. I know nobody eats boeuf bourguignon every day. Thank you so much for painting a more realistic picture. I'm trying to eat more in line with what French people eat for the sake of my health, but I find knowing what to make to be a challenge. Hope you will be willing to share some of your every day food recipes.

  5. It is interesting how we all feel good w eating different types of foods and amounts. I need to eat big salads and lot of veggies….probably 4x the amount you do! My salad include tomatoes, some kind of onion, avocado, radicchio, 2 kinds of lettuce…maybe some endive, celery, or pepper. Today I added some quinoa. I don't eat meat, but a small amount of fish or chicken but not at every meal.

    I am a new sub to ur channel from UK & currently watching your vids as i love your way of eating & working on increasing my protein & cutting back on processed foods.

    I am a very fussy eater & like my meals quite basic & dont like stir frys with lots of ingredients.

    Please can you show the fermented cabbage & how u do ur pickles.

    I would love to see the regular types of food u keep in the fridge, freezer & food cupboard if u have time.
