  1. Thanks for the information i'll never need, cause i don't live in murrica. Don't recommend me this channel.

  2. It's not unlimited, if there is a time limit. If there is no disclosure of a time limit, then you don't have to pay for them violating the agreement.

  3. What is unlimited though? The quantity of food? The amount of time? A TRULY unlimited buffet would allow me to sleep under my table at night and eat the rest of my life on a single meal as long as I never actually left…

  4. That guy does videos where I'm pretty sure he asks the guys to throw him at the end of his meal

  5. I think it's not fair, to sell or provide something as " unlimited " but then have a limit that is not clearly labeled or displayed.
It is a lie no matter how you try to twist it.

  6. I was gonna say, i can see an unlimited thing being time based, but making good weight based is evil, might as well say you can buy up to this much food to eat here at once 😂

  7. I can eat a meal, go to the gym, shower, take a nap, and still have time for another meal for 5 hours lol

  8. But they also have to make you aware of the limit from the start right?
Otherwise it is just false advertising

  9. Everybody lies.—House
If you set a limit, that's fine but shut your lying mouth about "unlimited." Classic Bait-And-Switch. Say "all you can eat in x time limit."

  10. False advertisement. Courts should have said these companies need to be more transparents. Almost like a trap / switch&bait

  11. I agree that some people are abusive, but we should force businesses to tell the truth as we do with people. The should advertise the limits.

  12. I don't have a problem that it's not really unlimited, if they state is as unlimited* ( * 5-hour time limit)

The problem is if they don't tell you any limits anywhere, but then once you start eating longer or more than they want they then impose limits.

  13. $10.000 is a lot wagyu steak. Even A5 that costs like $400/kg would still require you to eat 25kg of wagyu meat.
Of course, we don't know with how many people they went

Edit: oh it's fake. Good marketing stunt

  14. Courts have upheld fraud made by giant corporations?!
    Color me shocked
I mean literally in merica you have corruption at the highest level, where law makers have passe illegal laws. Yes illegal laws.
In allmost all states a car manufacturer is coerced to sell their products ONLY through the dealer networks. WTF. Where is that free market y'all be bragging about?!
You can't have market restricting laws and create a local mafia protecting their interests.
Because of such laws, you have now severely overpriced cars, anti consumer practices galore made by the dealerships and so on and so forth
And the legal system (not justice, because there is no justice served there, just snivelling little goblins in their suits called lawyers, using backdoors and tricks) is a joke. Look up the lug nut case in MI state and you will laugh your as off.
Supreme court in MI decided that start = finish..
So, no wonder unlimited = limited.

  15. Wait a minute, they didn't mention any limitations, I understand you have during operating hours as a limitation, but they did say unlimited, they didn't mention restriction apply, I personally don't like unlimited because they act funny, just give me a really good plate and I'm cool haha

  16. This dude always gets kicked out of restaurants and still leaves a great review bout them in his videos so I’m not sure if it’s meant to be funny.

  17. lol ive seen this same guy say the complete oppisite of what hes saying now. for a fat guy at a buffet dont take your legal advice from a youtuber.

  18. The terms need to be published. If it says "Unlimited steak $12.99" that would put them in breach of contract if they kicked me out for eating too much steak.

If it says "5 hours of eating steak for $12.99" then yeah they get to say "It's been 5 hours, thank you come again."

  19. Something labeled "All You Can Eat" or "Unlimited" without saying somewhere that there is some kind of limit, they cannot limit their promotion.
So yes you can sue for breach of contract if you get kicked out.
Even a printed menu or promotion without a limit clause is a form of contract between the restaurant and the patron.

  20. If they say "All YOU can Eat" then they should honor that. If they cannot afford to do that, then they should not advertise that. And it should not be stipulations in fine print on a TV screen ad. First of all, assuming someone CAN and DOES pause TV to read the fine print, even IF they could read it, they couldn't understand all the legalese unless they're a Philadelphia lawyer.
