Easy appetizer recipe inspired by Lex Nicoleta!

Ingredients:
French baguette
Boursin cheese
Pepper jelly
Prosciutto
Arugula
Balsamic glaze

Directions:
Cut baguette diagonally, place on baking sheet, drizzle with olive oak and season with salt and pepper. Bake at 350 for 7 minutes. Spread Boursin cheese, pepper jelly, and add prosciutto. Top with arugula and balsamic glaze. Serve and enjoy!

  1. Use the back of a spoon wedged against and under the tip of the lid to gently pry until you feel/hear the seal release then it’s easy to open the jar. If the lid is stuck because of sauce/sugars, run the top edge of the lid under hot water and it’ll melt the sugar enough to release the lid.
