This was one of the most incredible dining experiences we’ve ever had. The Manager, Philippe Girard, was a delight and taught us so much about not only French cuisine, but also the wonderful history behind this establishment. The movie Ratatouille was inspired by the original chefs of this very restaurant! Do yourself a favor and try this lovely dinner as soon as you can.
