An iron-and-glass shopping arcade inaugurated in 1834 by wealthy refugees from the Mexican Revolution, headed by the Marqués de la Torre, it was designed by the architect Gabriel Joseph Durand and designated a historic monument in 1975. Located at Rue des Piliers de Tutelle, it’s great especially for a rainy afternoon, alternating browsing and window shopping with coffee or lunch at one of the cafés.
