    I remember the first time I made French onion soup at home. It was a recipe from the old Frugal Gourmet and it started with stock made from beef bones. None of the groceries near me sold them so I had to travel to a real butcher shop. Eventually, it was the best I had to that point but the work…

    Hello, you once asked about cutting onions without the tearing of the eyes. Run the knife blade under cold water and it will cut down on the spray when you cut.
