When I was young i’d watch Anthony Bourdain explore the world. He was so naturally gifted in the way he could express food, travel, and culture. As someone who struggled with finding his own identity growing up, I found a lot of peace watching his videos. As I got older, I always wanted to try and find a way to merge my love for food and cars, and this is one of the first times that opportunity has come around.
Come with as you & I explore a REAL Michelin guide experience. It includes a 1 star Indian restaurant and 1 key hotel in Washington, DC followed by a roadtrip with Ex-formula 1 driver Dani Clos to New York City. We test out some Michelin CrossClimate 2’s along the way before ending at a hotel called the Aman New York on 5th. A place where you nearly feel guilty for taking the free pen.
Finally, we end at Le Bernardin, an iconic French restaurant known for its incredible food and 3 star status. I’ve never had food like this and I gotta say, it might be something you need to try in your lifetime.
But is the guide worth it? Why do we love to travel? Should we feel bad about enjoying good, expensive food? Let’s find out in today’s video.

I love this video from you guys, All of your content is amazing, But this video does a fantastic job of showing a different aspect of driving end traveling. Thanks Alex Martini!
Damn bro, be careful. If keep this up, somebody's going to try and hire you to be a full time automotive journalist. Well done.
I know this video is a touch different, but I hope you enjoyed it! These trips always sit in a unique spot. They're not sit down style, but they're still oddly connected. Brands like Michelin believe in my weird storytelling, so I hope you do to. If you'd like to see more like this, or in a different format, just let me know below and thanks for watching <3
Finally some food content!
But for real though, that hotel room was bigger than my first townhome
Well done, bud. Don't stop what you're doing, you've got the talent to make it big in this career field.
I rent out a 3 bedroom 2bathroom condo in downtown bushwick for 7200$ a month
