The Recipe:
Ingredients:
8 slices of white bread
6 eggs
1 cup of cream
1 cup nutella
1 cup smooth peanut butter
3 Tablespoons oil
3 Tablespoons unsalted butter
Directions:
Step 1: Cut the crusts off the bread
Step 2: Mix the eggs and cream using a whisk
Step 3: Spread 4 slices of bread with nutella and the other 4 with peanut butter. Sandwich a nutella slice with a peanut butter slice and repeat until you have 4 sandwiches
Step 4: In a pan, heat oil and butter together until butter is melted and frothy. Dip the sandwich into the egg mixture and fry in pan until golden brown on both sides.
Step 5: Serve and enjoy.
