That doesn’t look like a French omelette. It looks like the larger curd of a western omelette. A French omelette would show no curd due to being moved constantly and be less cooked. Could be full of it though. Me and Jon Snow know all the same stuff about omelettes.
I don't know what you mean by "French Omelette". It either is or is not an omelette. That is an omelette, what some diners server is, idk, "unbroken scrambled eggs" and just wrong in every single way! Crepes are the same!
