  1. Interesting with the hot sauce and hollandaise.
    We do our french toast with the egg, heavy cream, sugar, salt, fresh ground nutmeg. Then onto the griddle. The eggs we will "baste" them or steam them on the griddle or in a skillet, add an ounce of water and then cover…they cook super fast, the whites harden before they turn brown/crisp, the yolks turn pink…they are so soft and white yet done outside with runny yolks. Finished with a heavy amount of butter and real authentic heated/warmed maple syrup. Hard to beat a good french toast meal with some browned bacon or sausage links/patties on the side.

  2. Oh No, NO maple syrup? I like my French Toast swimming in Maple syrup from McFadden's in Lincoln, New Hampshire.
