We went to TUSA, a gastronomic Nepali restaurant (the first of its kind) located in Bhaktapur, which aims to blend local flavors with an international touch.
What is worth it? Yes. Are there improvements that could be made? Yes, indeed.
Adapted cutlery was a miss and it should be improved (especially for the chicken). The lunch was unfortunately not in the open kitchen like promoted in their website / Instagram (only for dinner). We also didn’t meet the chefs (in France, we always meet the chefs if gastronomic restaurant even Bocuse!).
Also, it could be nice to have some bread with the sauce (but that’s my personal opinion and totally subjective).
Overall, a very good lunch. And a good value for the very new culinary experience. All the best for them. We will be back!
