  1. What more do you expect for the price? You have literally consumed over 20 hours of work and 30 years of experience in 2-3 hours. You have eaten an incredible amount of snacks, amuses and complex dishes. You have been treated incredibly well and you say yourself that the service was 10/10. What more do you want? This just costs money and at the bottom of the line these people really don't earn more than an average restaurant. The only difference is that these people give their whole lives, work 80 hours a week, break friendships, miss important moments of their children to serve this meal to you. Have a little respect.

  2. by the way there treatment for the workers downstairs are very veryy bad like nobody wants to work there ,,, 1 persons leaves every week

    Curious as to why you weren't expecting hollandaise with the turbot–it's right there on the menu…
