Michelin chef cannot operate a financially viable fine dining restaurant, because the industry has self destructed and there are no skilled cooks left because they cannot get paid a living wage. Now, we just get more food trucks and $20 burgers. That spot will be for rent when the lease is up.

Unless it’s A5 wagyu, you’re getting played. There’s nothing inherently special about wagyu other than the up charge.
