  1. Wow!! What a day with Vivienne and Isabella! Some of the most fun things ever!! Love when you get together with her.
Happy Advent to you all. 💗
Love from Mary in Southern California 🎄✨

  2. I still miss the Christmas vlogs from Lalande, Christmas preps, the hustle and bustle at Lalande 😢, the Château of Lalande.

  3. I can't help wondering if those light thingies were inspired by the light cups my mother, world renowened ceramic artist Jane Reumert, made in porcelaine? Obviously I don't know when Bernardo invented theirs. My mother was ALWAYS strivng for the transparency of the clay and favoured porcelaine clay above all else. Food for thought. And they are not precisely the same as my mothers. Her's looked more like tea cups that, and she then handcarved birds, snowflakes and many other motifs into the surface and they were so magical and beautful.

  4. Great job Stefanie, keeping Philip in check with his spending! Can't wait for you all to get back to the chateau with Naty, Anmarie and Maria for Christmas.

  12. Nooooooooo!! don’t be tempted by hideous mid-century pieces. Yuck. stick with your château 1st to 17th century decor. Please. I’ll stop watching you if you use anything mid century. Just saying.

  13. Stephanie – you have taken us to so many places in France that a lot of us in the US will never have the opportunity to see. Thank you so very much for this!

  14. Y’all just need to put ducks in the lack when it’s dug and you might get beavers and you can feed the wild boars in the forest . You will have a lot of beautiful critters to look at.
