#1 that chicken looks severely undercooked (meaning un-rendered fat, and no crisp or browned skin)
#2 that chicken looks severely under seasoned
#3 that chicken looks grey which is usually a sign that it is not good for consumption
& #4 that chicken is severely OVERPRICED!!

If I learned anything about American's taste in food is that if it's not brown or overcooked they think it's poison lmao. Some of y'all in these comments been raised on Walmart chicken that was cooked till it was as dried as concrete and it really shows. Someone here tried to argue that this isn't cooked well since the skin isn't crispy. My brother in Christ…it was simmered in a bladder, that chicken basically spent a few hours in a very wet sauna, how on earth could that have come out crispy? Some of these guys can't even boil an egg properly yet they have the goal to claim that a renowned dish from one of the best restaurants in the world is not only not delicious, but UNSAFE FOR CONSUMPTION??? The gaul and delusion here are WILD. You might wanna read up on what are the benefits of cooking it like this and what that does for the taste and the juiciness before leaving stupid remarks that are driving people away from something that should be admired.
