I always wonder how certain foods come to be..when I was young growing up in America, we played with snails outside..who am I kidding we tortured snails when I was younger! We’d do horrible things like put salt on them or try and burn them with the sun and a magnifying glass..Children are evil lol anyways, did anyone grow up eating escargot as a “norm”, if so what was your action the first time your parents offered it to you?!
Ugh don't look up snail anatomy. Every snail you eat you are eating their lungs, kidney, heart, penis, vagina (yes, they are hermaphrodites), anus, eyes, stomach, intestines, and liver. This dish looks really good, just don't overthink it 😂.
