  1. PANETTONE FRENCH TOAST

    (ad) This gluten free panettone French toast using the delicious and award-winning @scharglutenfreeuk Gluten Free Panettone is the BEST breakfast for Christmas Day! The big question is – how would you top yours!??

    INGREDIENTS (serves 2)

    6 slices of @scharglutenfreeuk gluten free panettone
    2 eggs
    2 tbsp milk
    1/2 tsp vanilla extract
    butter (for frying)
    Topping of choice: bacon, maple syrup, berries, icing sugar

    METHOD

    Whisk together the eggs, milk and vanilla and pour onto a plate. Soak the panettone slices for 10-20 seconds on each side, then fry in the butter for 1-2 minutes per side. Serve with your toppings of choice – my fave is bacon and maple syrup, every time!!
