McGriddle Casserole-found this recipe from Cooking in the Midwest!
Brown 1lb. of sausage and drain any excess greese
In a bowl mix:
1 and 1/2 cups of Hungry Jack pancake mix
2 cups of milk
4 eggs
1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
1 tbs. syrup
Add cooked sausage to a 9×13 and pour pancake mixture on top.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes and serve with a little syrup on top!

When I was a kid, my paternal grandmother worked at a bakery. So, for every Christmas morning, we would have chocolate chip danish and buttercream streusel coffee cake, along with egg nog. No protein to be seen!! (But, to be fair, Christmas dinner was at 1 or 2 pm, so it was acceptable.) 😂
Since I was a kid (I'm 47 now 😳), I've lost all of my grandparents, as well as my mom. And I miss those kid days more than I can could ever express. ❤️💚💔

Soft scrambled eggs. My son likes to do Gordon Ramsey’s scrambled eggs. A bit more involved, but very tasty.

Y’all should check out how Snoop Dogg cooks his bacon, it’s not in strips, and I started cooking bacon his way all the time now unless I need strips for a recipe. I’ll definitely be making the tater tot casserole! Merry Christmas to the Bunkys!
