In the cellars at Chateau Olivier, in Pessac-Leognan, the barrels that had held the white wine stand empty after bottling, The video shows both a producer using larger barrels to reduce oak influence & in the background you can also see the glass globes used to ferment and age the wines. The larger barrels are 600 ltr demi-muids and the smaller ones are the more traditional 225 ltr Bordeaux barriques.
