Very similar to egg pie or custard pie but most likely creamier because of the cream. It looks delish.
I like that French people love to create bakeries and restaurants in SE Asia with some local influences. East meets West fusion.

French flan is not good, too firm, not creamy, tastes like flour and cardboard. Traditional leche flan is still better

Leche Flan is the Filipino version of Crème caramel while the Egg pie is the Filipino version of Parisian Flan.
