  1. Can you do something like this with air fryer recipes? I'm sure you can do lots of great things with an air fryer, but I am way too uncreative to come up with interesting recipes 😅

  2. I still would love to know how to prepare dish no.1 without alcohol. I have a number of family members and friends who can't have alcohol at all.

  3. I've made pate before, but would love to try the parfait recipe! I am guessing the full recipes are in the Sidekick app??

  4. I'll stick with Doritos or the cheapest alternative… For working class budgetary reasons. ✊

  5. Chef Kush's yacht experience showing through with a south of france classic from Nice, pissaladiere. GG bruh !

  6. That's not the kind of party food I've ever seen. I would feel so out of place if I walked in and saw this

  7. I love every time they let Kush go wild — that said, I could also use a party food option for normals

  8. Thank you for an audience-free video! It’s so refreshing to see the guys just relaxing, chatting, and learning instead of constantly playing to the crowd.

  9. Brilliant video. As a regular and adventurous cook with a reasonable income living in London, I have the majority of the more exotic ingredients to hand or accessible. However… I think lots of people don't. I like that it's inspirational and it would be cool to see a similar video where you elevate more common staples for a party. For example, I buy cheap tinned olives and marinate them myself. It's super easy to make mini quiches etc. These are party foods ppl could save money make and better than supermarket versions

  10. Could you replace the prawns for chicken tenders, or would the wonton "spaghetti" burn before the chicken gets up to temp?

  11. 11:50 … I had wonton wrappers in the fridge…. And left over parboiled sweet potatoes….. Well… I did watch this today.. might as well do it.

  12. Sometimes patience in cooking is called love. Cooking down those onions takes patience. You might say you put a lot of love into those onions. They are guaranteed to taste amazing.

  13. In regards to the live show, do you have to buy a ticket to be able to watch it during the 30 days it's available after the live? I'm working both nights and am unable to watch it live.

  14. This time of year watching videos as a recovering alcoholic is tough, everything has booze in it or accompanied by it.

  15. I made a channel just to say that I would love to see a series based around creating meals that elevate commonly disliked foods (think eggplant, mushrooms, squash, etc.). My spouse HATES butternut squash and I would love to find a way to prepare it for him that he would enjoy! It could be a whole series! I've loved following Sorted since I discovered them last year! Keep up the good work!

  16. I have been making French onion soup for the holidays and will definitely try the puff pastry thing this Christmas too

  17. Hi guys I’m watching Saturday kitchen they are doing the parfait how Kush did it they are doing with mushrooms instead of liver.

  18. While I love your other vids, and I get they’re probably good for engagement, actual "cooking" videos with recipes and tips are so much fun to watch 🙂 Thank you, and more like this please!

  19. my version of party food is nothing like that haha more like mini pizza little sausage rolls buttys different types with maybe a prawn coctail and just loads more random crap can find cook tbh so yeah this was new for me

  20. I really wish I could watch… any of the live shows, but I'm never at my PC on weekends (the only way I choose to watch content). Really would love if you guys did it another time just once. And I know, I could pay and then watch later…. but I feel like missing out on the whole "live" experience just looses some of the point. I've missed all of them and probably will never get to experience any of them ever, despite being a fan since this channel was like 1 or 2 years old.

  21. I can't drink alcohol. But body can't break it down. My dad doesn't like the taste of alcohol in his foods. Kush might have answered this in another comment, but I don't want to sprt through thousands of comments to see if it has been answered. What can I do instead of alcohol instead of the alcohol. Not less alcohol like none at all. Can I reduce a chicken stock and make it like a demiglass? Can I do a juice of some kind?
This is in regards obviously to the chicken liver parfait.
I love that both Ben and Kush just didn't pick up on that and just said less booze. It was quite hilarious.

  22. For the first dish – Kush didn't really answer Mike's question. What if someone has reason to use no alcohol at all? There are people who keep it entirely out of their cooking and diet for various reasons, such as religion. It would be nice to know if there's a good way to get around it entirely, rather than just reducing it.

  23. "Here's olives stuffed with Italian ingredients"
    "Sounds italian"
    "Then we deep fry it"
    "Ah, Italian-American"
