This dish is so flavorful and the white wine is really what makes it hit so well!
Normally this recipe calls for mushrooms but my husband hates mushrooms… (I know so strange for a Frenchman). So, we don’t eat a lot of mushrooms in this house!
I really highlight the carrots in this recipe and they soak up the wine perfectly! The chicken is moist and cooked to perfection!!
