"Kombucha!" I love the energy and that realisation of a specific profile reminded me of when i tried a WA Sauv Blanc called Skigh (I think?).
My moment was of, "Spicy green capsicum!" with the same enthusiasm. HA, love it
There is at least one other small Australian producer on Noma’s list, being from Yeti and the Kokonut in Barossa Valley. Similar viti and vini but Grenache.
I like that you guys are surprised that Noma has a tiny Australian producer on the list and not Penfolds. I also like that you didnt mention that Riesling is a skin contact wine, clearly 😅
also clay does not smell like earth or wet earth at all 😅
Can. I ask why you don’t decant your wines?
Entropy and their Savagnin is another banger out of Gippsland
After watching your video I managed to snag a 3 pack cellar release from Nikau. looking forward to trying it. Thanks guys!
Boom!, Went on an early morning spree and bought all of the Nikau pinots I could find. Lets see.
