Many major studies have illustrated that even wine ''experts'' cannot discern different flavors in wine, even reds from whites, in blind tastings. I've been in the restaurant industry for more than forty years. You will never get people to concede this delusion. It's a huge business. Like an art ''expert'' no one likes to admit that a thing they believe is true is purely fancy, like religion.

tosh, i got my first colonoscopy at 43 in no small part because of your episode. figured i might as well get ahead of the curve. found out that i have stage ii colorectal cancer. today was day 19 of 28 for radiation/chemo. i met my surgeon monday. you may have saved my life & my butthole
